Kyle's lifelong connection to dogs begins in Minnesota with an early interest in animals. But his curiosity was met with his father's decision that a family dog was out of the question. Shortly after, on a trip with his wisecrack-of-a-mom to pick out a father's day gift, She thought it would be a good idea to stop at a place that had puppys for adoption. It was not long before "Operation spite your father" was in full swing. Three hours later they pulled up with a special father's day present, A Yellow Lab named Sally, whom after just moment of sitting and looking up at his father with her sad and pleading eyes. She was instantly welcomed into the family. Throughout her life, Sally confirmed again and again why dogs truly are best friends.
