What we collect
Your contact details, your address, and everything you tell us about your dog. During walks we also collect GPS routes, photos and walker notes. Card details go straight to our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To schedule walks, match you with the right walker, send updates and receipts, and improve the service. We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only your assigned walkers and the providers that run our scheduling, payments and messaging. They can use your information to do their job for us and nothing else.
Photos of your dog
Walk photos are sent straight to you. We only post them publicly if you tell us it is okay.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email hello@nycpooch.com and we will take care of it.
