Booking walks
Walks are booked through your account or directly with your walker. We confirm every booking before it is locked in.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge until 9am on the day of the walk. After that the walk is charged in full.
Payment
Walks are billed to the card on file. Invoices go out weekly unless we have agreed something else with you.
Access to your home
Keys and door codes are stored securely and shared only with your walker and their named backup.
Your dog
Please keep vaccinations current and tell us about any health issues, allergies or history of biting before the first walk.
Safety and liability
Our walkers are insured employees, and we take responsibility for our own mistakes. You stay responsible for how your dog behaves towards other people and animals.
Ending service
Either of us can stop service at any time. Walks already completed remain payable.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we will email you before the changes take effect.
